Anonymous Yoga

The purpose of Anonymous Yoga is to provide yoga teachers and students who are in recovery from addiction and alcoholism a source of connection and support throughout the world. Combining 12step programs and yoga is not a new concept. Use this site to locate Studio's, Teachers, Meetings all over the world who walk this path of recovery and yoga. We are all trudging the road of " Happy Destiny" but all wear different shoes doing it. Look for the similarities and celebrate the differences. It is our hope to weave the thread of community through yoga and recovery. Changing the world one alcoholic at a time.
